USCIS Online Status for I-30 Unclear

My wife who is a LPR petitioned I-130 for me in February 2010. The online status of my application now shows:

"On September 15, 2010, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record."

1. I do not understand if my petition is approved or they need more information. Can you help me here?

2. If they need more evidence/information how much time does that process take? My priority date is going to be current from Oct 1, 2010.

3. Can you legally stay in the US while your I-485 application is being processed?

You can stay in US while I-485 is being processed. If you do not hear anything from USCIS by Oct 1, 2010, then I would suggest you phone them up and speak with USCIS customer service.
