Thumbs up H1b Transfer while in India (Visa not stamped yet)

    Hi,

    1. I am India presently.
    2. I have H1b approved from Employer A and it is valid till Oct. 2012.
    3. Visa is not yet stamped and approval notice is with me.

Is it possible to transfer to employer B ? If yes what is the risk invloved ? What is the procedure ?

    Rgds,

---- Yes, you can transfer the H1 to company B while you are in India

---- As you have aleready delayed the visa interview for company A, you can wait for the H1 approval from company and then proceed for a visa interview
