Need some Info regarding H1 stamping for extension in HYD

HI Guys,

I am new member of this group. I hope i will get the sufficient info from this group. Actually i am going to attend the stamping for extension.. I want to know what are the documents they are asking for stamping.. In my case i am worrying about my last year 'W2' amount was $27k only.. Are they asking 'w2' form. if they ask, does this low amount will effect for stamping ?

>>> They might check. If they do and if your W2 doesn't match with your LCA, then it could cause issues. I am not sure why your W2 is less than the LCA. Irrespective of whether you had a project or not, when you are in H1B, your employer is suppose to pay you as per the LCA.
