Student Visa Denied/Requesting Reason

Dear sir/madam,

I am a ghanaian. I have been refused visa to the united states to further my education this year under section 214(b).my school just sent me a new I-20 for spring semester but before i go for the interview i want to know the specific reason why my visa was refused.i need you to direct me on how to go about with it.please let me know the specific person or people to contact in ghana or in the usa.

You can't really get any specific reason. There are only two reasons:
1. Potential immigrant
2. Missing documents.
