F1 Student/Lost Passport+

I lost my passport a couple of days ago and I haven't been able to find it. I'm on an F1 visa and wanted to find out how to get the visa. Will I have to get back to india and get it?


If I stay in the US without a visa page until my college breaks for the winter what happens then because I'm applying for a new passport but it will not have the visa page.

You can get the passport by contacting the Indian consulate in your area.

You don't need visa stamp now. If you leave the U.S. and want to come back, you need it before entering again.
