Visa Waiver Program

Hello...
My girlfriend is from Australia and she has made two trips over here to the USA within the last 6 months. One for 2 1/2 weeks, and one for 90 days. She would have stayed the last time, but her 90 days were up and as we understod it, no extension was available. Since we are still well under the two years of eligibility on the Visa Waiver Program, will she have any problem turning right around and coming back for another 90 day period? Please help with any info you can provide. Thanks!

As long as she can prove to immigration officer that she doesn't plan to stay permanently in USA, she should be okay. Her defence would be showing current employment is ongoing in the Oz.
