I have recently married a woman from the Philippines and I am beginning the petition process to get her a green card. I am a U.S. citizen my question, is it better to file the I-485 adjustment of status right away(same time as I-130) or wait and do it separately. I want to do this without a lawyer and I want it to be the fastest way possible.

Is her presence legal here? If yes file I-130 and I-485 together.
