  • F1, B1 Visa and Canadian Visa

    Dear Mr./Mrs.

I would be pleased if you answer my question..

I am an international student.. I came to USA in 27 April 2010 , on a student F1 visa.. my I-20 was issued for one month. my studying program in USA was supposed to be ended in 28 May 2010.

after that I have 60 days to leave the USA.

I have another valid B1/B2 visa. and a valid Canadian visa.

my question is... can I travel to Canada for a short visit "may be 5 days" and return to USA and enter on a B1/B2 status ? as I want to attend an exam "usmle cs exam" in September , I mean after my 60 days will be finished.. even if I have a proof that I paid for the exam..
