Different Job Profile & LCA

Hi,
I recently got H1B Approval. My company filed LCA as Software Test Engineer. Can I work as a Progammer Analyst under the same H1B petition or is it a problem?

If the mature of the job is different, then an H1B amendment need to be filed. Check this.
