F2 rejected
Dear sir,
I am on a F1 visa in US. My wife wanted to visit me just for a month.
Her application for F2 visa got rejected last week due to "potential immigrant" reason given by the VO.
My question is which document(s) can I produce to show strong ties with India. She has a job in India, which she already told to the VO. There ain't any property on her or my name in India.
Will a job offer letter offering me a job in India considered as a strong tie?
Will any letter from her office considered a strong tie? What type?
I am clueless as to what other proof I can provide. Please help.
