please help me to go back work in Qatar after lost passport with valid

Dear Immihelp,

Please help me..,

Iam an Indian holding Indian passport (ECR Passport). Iam working in qatar, as an assistant engineer and came india for vaccation.

During vacation unfortunately I lost my passport. In my passport I have valid Residence Permit of Qatar for 1 year. So I informed my company and made proper procedure for obtaining another passport. I scanned and sent the new passport information to my company for their side further process.

They informed me that they have applied for Airport Entry Permit document for me to enter Qatar.., Now Iam waiting for the document to recieve.

My question is that whether I need to do Emigration clearance or not ?
If So, how I can do?

I tried to get ECNR stamping in my passport with my educationald certificates, but I failed because of this reason as follow,

My name is A**** R****
My Initial is P
My father name is P******
In my passport my sur name is not complete name. So they were asking "how come ur educational certificate carrying intial P and in passport ur sur name is Raja? So it should be R. So you cannot proceed for ECNR." (back side in my father name it is clearly mentioned my full name of father.)

So is there any critical to do ECNR?

I have an idea to solve this issues to go back qatar, that is, I may go srilanka for visit and from there I can go qatar with return ticket of India.
Is this possible?

Please help me as a brother. If u need further info, dont hesitate to ask?

If you didn't have ECNR or immigration clearance and you were staying in
Qatar, that means you didn't need it. You don't need it now either.
