Hello,
My husband is applying for the NIW self-petition and we are filling concurrently the 140 and 485 forms.
My question is:
I am his dependent spouse and I would like to know if as a dependent I should also fill a I-485 and pay the I-485 fee and send with all my documentation together with my husband's at the same package at the same time?
And the other question is: what should I mark as a spouse dependent on I-485 part 2 since we are filling the 140 and 485 concurrently?
Also, what should my husband mark on the 485 part 2 filling as a NIW and concurrently with the 485??
