Hello,
I am currently working on L2 EAD and my EAD and L2 visa expires on dec14th 2010. My husband's L1 extenstion rejected and his company is applying for H1B in that case i will be in H4 and can not work further. My questions are:
1. Can i apply for F1 visa, do a course and continue work as a full time employee until i get a H1B sponser? Is it safe to do that?
2. Is it possible to make the H1B effective from my current EAD expiry date so that i can work until then atleast. They are doing H1B premium so would the status change immediatly?
3. Can i look for other jobs while i will be on H4 and move to H1B?
