Spouse GC checklist!!! Please help

I need some help here.
I am on GC and going to file GC for my husband who is on H1. I am really confused with the documents to be submitted. I would appreciate if someone can confirm the checklist below.

1. I-130
2. I-485
3. G-325A for both
4. Photos, GC, Marriage Certificate from India
5. Seperate checks for I-130 & 1-485
6. Support Documents:
Baby Birth Certificate
Bank joint account monthly statement
Apt lease document


Do i need I-864 and birth certificates of both?
Please validate the above documents are good enough and let me know if i am missing any.
