    Default Unmarried Daughter Inviting Parents

I am on H-1 status and planning to invite my parents to US on B2-visa. I have my younger unmarried brothers in US (one on internship and other one studying). Other than assets such as house and business my parents do not have family ties in India.

I have few questions as follows

Me, being unmarried daughter. Is it appropriate to sponsor my parents for US visit? (What I heard- it is always married daughter sponsoring her parents has success rate)

How high are the chances of getting visa to my parents, as all the three kids are residing in US?

What are the possibilities of getting rejected again? (My parents have been refused a visitor's visa reasoning as potential immigration 10 years back-sponsored by my aunt)

Your answers are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your response. I've got one last question.

***I have my status transitioned from F1 to H1 and I didn't visit India then. There is no H-1 stamped on my I-797 (H1 acceptance file). Can I still sponsor my parents to visit US? Is that going to be one good reason for rejection. Please let me know.

    Thanks for your understanding.
