Hi everyone,
Oct 4th we mailed our cancellation/OCI documents . till today WE DIDN'T RECV. SURRENDER CERTIFICATE. we even emailed ..but no reply. i saw a thread dated nov.1st that some friend got reply from consulate.for his email .
1.can someone help us to which email address do we need to mail them so that we get reply.
2. how can we know that they got our applications,as there is no ack. for surrender certificate application?
pls. help

It typically takes 3-4 weeks for the surrender certificate to be processed. You should get iy very soon.
