DS 160 - Work Experience

Hi -

I have a questions on DS-160, Right now I am with the company A ( was in L1 for them in US), later Company B has applied H1 COS and it got approved, Now I am waiting for my H1 stamping, Please note that I have not yet resigned from Company A.Planning to get H1 stamping for B then I will resign from A.

What should I mentioned as my current employer details in DS-160 ( as I am going to stamping for comp B) ? Do I need to mention company A in Previous company experience details?

Are you in U.S now? If it was a H1B COS that got approved, then on what basis are you still working for the L1 employer? Your employment with the L1 employer in U.S beyond the H1B approval (COS) is illegal uness you have left the country and returned back on L1 visa.

If you are outside U.S now, then you can mention the current employer whom you are working for right now.
