    Orinigal I 129 with my lawyer

    Hi all,

    Do we have to carry Original I-129 as the original is with my lawyer. I have only copy of it. Please advise.

    Carry it for what? For stamping, POE - Original is needed. POE can go with a copy many times.

      I-129 original is not needed, it is submitted to USCIS. Approval notice original is needed.

        Right. The original will go to USCIS
