Hello All,
My brother in law would like to open an LLC in the USA. He dose not live in the US, so he will be a foreign investor. The primary purpose of the company will be procurement and export of used equipment from the USA. I have been living in the US for the past 7 years and I know the equipment he wants to buy very well. Hence he would like to hire me to run the company, buy the equipment and to ship it to him. Currently I hold an H1b.
Can I transfer my H1b to his company Once it will be organized and registered?
I will be the only employee of this company.
