Default Lost vistors visa need to apply i-485 help

    Hello,
Ive been married for almost 3 years. I am just now applying for adjustment of status for a green card. I've been here since I was 3, my visa is expired years ago (my parent made me over stay.. I had no idea), which i now lost. I have copies of everything else, will this be a problem when filling my papers?
Will they send the foms back for lack of evidence or can they just look up the information with the i-94 number?

If you want to check on that info before applying, you can file a FOIA request for the record from CBP. If you can't prove lawful entry, you might be placing yourself at risk.

Other than FOIA, there is another form through which you will be able to get a copy of your I-94. I am not sure what that form number is but if you are unable to find out, I know someone who got hers a few days ago.
You don't have to worry about anything,
    Good Luck

You need to file an I-102 along with the other applicable forms. Your case MAY be delayed because of I-102 as they will have to do some research to pull the copy.

    Good Luck!
