    Default Proof of living together

My fiance and I have been dating for almost 2 years and we were living together for 7 months. I had a routine trip back to my home country and while trying to renew my visa got denied.

I have started to apply for K1, how do I show that we have been living together for 7 months,

I have a couple of my fiance's usps mails and mine ofcourse (since I rent the place) .. is that enough?

    Thanks

First of all YOU don't apply for a K-1, your USC fiance does on your behalf.

S(h)e files an I-129F to get you classified for a K-1 visa. The I-129F must be supported with evidence to show that you two have met face to face at some point within the previous 2 years. Read the indtructions for that form on http://www.immihelp.com/visas/kvisa/ for a description of the required evidence. It should not be difficult for the situation you have described.

After, the petition is approved then you will be called for a consular interview to get the visa.

You then have to get married within 90 days of arrival. Then you apply for adjustment of status in the U.S. As your sponsor your fiance (new spouse) will have to file an affidavit of support, I-864. If the income is not sufficient, co-sponsors are allowed. Some people find that part as difficult as the petitioning.
