Immi Gurus Please help - wierd situation

hi
i booked two dates for chennai . one is in june and the other is in april.
april is for my inlaws and june for my parents.
i want to cancel the appointment for my inlaws and take it for my parents instead.
is there a way i can cancel and then modify the appointment at the same time?
like cancel the appointment of my inlaws and then on the other window grab the same date for my parents?
anybody who has doen this earlier please help.
