Greetings! I need urgent help in this matter.
My cousin and her daughter's one-year outside stay just expired in November 2010. Both are green card holders. They could not travel because of some serious family issues. Now they want to come back to the US. What should they do? Please advise.

It should be pointed out that her husband is also green card holder and his one-year stay is going to expire in January 2011. He plans to come back in January.
Can he reapply for them when he is here? How can they come back? What is the best action plan they should take? Your help is of great value. Thank you in advance. Regards.
