    Default EAD - Need help on document of Request for Evidence

    Hi,

    Today I got the letter from USCIS to provide list of documents for my EAD,
    1) Photocopy of Passport, US Visa, Validity date
    2) Relationship with principal applicant (marriage certificate)
    3) Photocopy of spouse's I-94 (front and back)
    4) Current Status

    No. 1 and 3 are straight forward to me but
    - do I need to provide original marriage certificate or photocopy of it??
    - my current status is L2 so what should I need to provide for current status??

    Please let me know about it as I have to provide those document ASAP.

    I appreciate your help.

    Thanks.

    - do I need to provide original marriage certificate or photocopy of it??
    >>> Photocopy is enough.

    - my current status is L2 so what should I need to provide for current status??
    >>> Listed below
    1) Copies of your passport pages including I-94 and visa. If you have an L2 extension petition, then include that too.
    2) Copies of the L1 holders passport, visa, I-94 and the petition.
    3) Latest payslips of the L1 holder.
    4) Employment verification letter from the employer of the L1 holder.
