I am currently on F1 visa and going to marry US citizen in may. I want to call my parents and my two sisters (17 years old and 14 years old) and my brother (15 years old) for my wedding. I have heard that now a days visa ratio is very less and I am so scared. Please advise me on their visa process.

There is no such thing. As long as each person is eligible, they will get the visa.
