G325 a Green Card

Hi,

I need to fill G325a form. In this form there is a field 'Applicant Residence Last five years'.

1. What is this? I mean, I lived here in usa only for the past 2 years, in that case is it ok to fill only those 2 years?

2. My spouse lived here in usa from 2005 but in between he lived in india for around 1 yr. So it ok to fill with that gap? and specifying india address in the next field (i.e applicant's last address outside USA?

Please help.....

you should fill all your previous addresses for the last 5 years; including overseas
for example:

2008-2010 - USA
2007-2008 - India
2005-2007 - Bangladesh

+ the actual addresses of the places
