H1 transfer

Hi

I just started my h1 with emp A(COS) actually I joined this emp after I got stamped in india this December.

It seems my emp do not have proper projects and they are not agreeing to pay the agreed wages.

I tried with another employer who is ready to transfer my h1.

Can we transfer h1 without any payslips(current emp)?

File a complaint against the employer with DOL and try to apply a transfer to a new company with a copy of the complaint. That might work. Also, the DOL will make your employer pay as per the LCA.
