Default Taking US Citizen child for Stamping

    Hi,
We are going for stamping(H1) in India and one of our friends advised us to take our child who is a US citizen for the stamping as well as it will improve the chances of success.
I'm sceptical of this but has anyone had any experience with this
We also own a house in the US
So are chances for successful stamping better if

    1. We take our child to the consulate
    2. Take proof of home ownership

    Thanks
    M

None of these matter for a successful H1b stamping. All that matter is to have a good employer, continuous status and job proof, valid W2s and tax returns.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.http://www.immihelp.com/visas/h1b/h1-visa-faq.html
