Hi,
I'm the permanent resident of US.I will eligible to apply for US citizenship in june 2010.I came to India in feb and got married. my wife is going to apply for a visitors visa.we hava all genuine docs like marriage certificate, marriage pics,my affidavit of support,tax returns etc.I read the people experience that the senators letter also help. should I try to contact NY senator or should I let my wife try her luck.
Give me your suggestion.
