No "Thank You" Page

Hi

I am filling out DS 160 form for my parents. Once after submitting the form for my Father I was taken to the Confirmation Page. After that I am not able to see the Thank You Page. Whenever I go to the application using 'Retieve the incomplete Application" button , I can see only the confirmation Page. What is the next step? I have to fill the application for my mother too using the option to create a Family application in the Thank You Page. Where did I go wrong? How can I get to the Thank You page. Please advice.
