Hello,

My name is Priyanka and I have a very unique situation here - My fiance is working in India and I am currently working full time in the US on my OPT ( H1-B visa is filed and is under processing). My fiance wants to visit me for two weeks on a vacation to spend time with me and wants to apply for a visitor visa to US. The problem is he has already been in the US for his Masters degree and went back to India after he finished his degree..will that be a problem in getting the visit visa?Also wondering if he would be viewed as a potential immigrant?

Please help!
