    Default Birth dates are different

I don't have a birth certicate with me and I think, it is impossible to obtain it (Because birth date on school certificats/passport/nationality certificate /domicile certificate AND recorded birth date with municipality are different). So what I need to do while filing for I-485 ? Any suggestions ?

    Please reply ASAP.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Incase your birth is not registered at all then, you can just submit two affidavits stating so and if possible a non-availability letter from your Municipality along with secondary proofs like school certificate, passport etc. But if your birth is registered and it differs from the date in your passport and other documents, then you may be required to submit two affidavits stating that the birth was mistakenly registered on a wrong date and submit your school certificate etc. as proof of your correct birth date.
