L2 Visa for Spouse (Dependent Who is a 6 month Pregnant Lady)

Hello,

We have our L1 and L2 VISA interview scheduled for next week. And I am the principle applicant; we both are going for the interview together.

And my Wife is 6 months Pregnant. And she is keeping good health.

1. Will there be any chances for rejection of L1 or L2 as my wife is 6 month pregnant?
2. Will there be any restrictions while travelling?
3. Will I will get the L1 if my documents are correct in spite of my wife is pregnant?

Please clarify.

2. Depends on the airlines. Us govt has no restriction as long as you carry insurance for child birth and not coming to US just for the child birth.
3. No, pregnancy is never a reason for rejection of L1.
