please help me with this position

hello,

my husband has a 10 year green card..which he got in aug 2010.

my husband went to india in jan 17 2010...and came back on may 25 2010..for 20 days and went back to india on jun 17 2010...is there gonna be a problem if he comes back after jan 17 2011 ? do they count year from JAN or JUN ?

06/30/2009 to 07/26/2009, again went on 11/26/2009 to 12/17/2009, went again in 01/17/2010 to 05/25/2010, went again in 06/17/2010 and still not back..

what we are should in this type of situation..and how does the immigration people count one year...

Re entry permits for one year term once only they have been approved but your husband has some extension waiver and base on that it `s eligible now he can apply the same with excuses of USCIS office.
