Surrender Certificate Application - CGI Houston

Hi Friends,

I have send my Indian Passport and application just one copy to CGI Houston. I did not know that I should have send application in duplicate (two copies). please advise me what should I do know. It's been two weeks since it reached and so far no reply or return from consulate.

Do we really need application in two sets for SC. I noticed from my bank that my money order is cashed already by CGI. Does this means I am fine with one set itself.

Please some one who got SC recently please please .......reply to my post.
