    Default US Citizen marrying Non-citizen

I am marrying a Thai woman that is here on a visitor visa. Her visa expires May 20th and we have a wedding date of June 3rd. I'm very new with immigration laws and really don't have a clue as to what I should be doing as far as immigration is concerned. Do I need to file a fiancee visa since her current visa expires May 20th? Can I begin filing for her immigration prior to our wedding or do I have to wait until the wedding papers are signed?

    Any help/advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
    Jimmy

You don't need to apply any visa for her as long as you apply her green card petition (along with I-485) before her visitor visa expires.
