    Do I qualify for Eb2 with my BSc. in Electronics ( 3years degree) and 10+ yrs of experience.

    As such for EB2 mentioned on this site, Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience or under exceptional ability category 10+ years is mentioned.

    So you think my "Bachelor of Science in Elcetronics" plus 10+ yrs of doesn't meet any of the above two requirements

    Google for 3 yr degree 140 rejections. The issue is proving 3 yr non US degree = 4 yr US degree.
