    Default Sponsor question

    Hello,
I am preparing documents for my brother to visit the US. I was wondering if it would be better if I sponsored his visit or if my husband should. We both work, I am a permanent resident and he is a citizen. He has previously successfully sponsored my mother's and sister-in-law's visits. So I am not sure whether to change the sponsor for my brother or just have my husband be the sponsor as done previously.
My husband's income is more than mine. I know you advise to combine the incomes, but from the i-134, it appears like they need the sponsor's income .
Also, in question 10 (previous visa petition) of i-134, will my husband have to fill in my maiden name since he first applied for a fiancee visa?
    Thanks for your quick response.

You can sponsor. Being a citizen vs LPR is no difference for sponsoring.
