    Default Vacation during H1 transfer

    Hello,

    I'm working for Company A in L1 Visa(valid until 2012).
    I've applied for H1B transfer for company B.
    Now my question is, can I go back outside US and come in L1 again for A during my H1 approval?

    Is the H1B petition applied as a COS or Consular Process? If it is a COS, then it is never advisable to travel when a COS is pending with USCIS. Search and read the similar posts which has the reason why it is not advisable to travel.
