Really very urgent please help

Hi,
I got admitted to Trivalley university and got my F1 approved on jan 18, 2011 and the university is closed now. I have not yet enrolled for classes also. So, I returned back to India on February 14,2011.
My query is should I report to SEVIS/ICE people so that I may not have any problem in the future for visiting US. I am already in India now.Please advice me .

I think the US and Indian govts are working out the issue and you will be allowed to go to another university. There is nothing to notify to SEVIS from your end AFAIK. It is done by the school and not the student.
