Im applying for a green card through marriage and wondering what to put on form I-485 where it says "Current USCIS Status". I entered the US on a B1/B2 visa that is still valid and expires in 2014 but i have overstayed my I-94 by about 10 months. What should i write for "Current USCIS Status" and "Expires On"?

i think you have to consult with an immigration lawyer.also,there will be a difference on when you applied for your AOS- if you apply this before your I-94 expired there will be no problem....but if you apply after your I-94 expired,there might be a problem unless your spouse is a US citizen.sometimes they waived this. hope this helped.
