H1 employer (company) name change

Hello everyone,
I am currently on H1B status with a small marketing company. The president of the company wants to change the name of the company. It's just simply change of the name, not the nature of business or acquisition by other company. So, I had few question about my status that if it will affect my H1 status or Do I need to take any steps like H1 transfer or anything? Please reply as soon as possible and thanks so much in advance.
