Visa Appointment Letter

Hello,

I booked the visa dates for my parents and printed out the appointment letter.
I have entered their names correctly. However in the appointment letter, the alphabet "y" looks the alphabet "v". Basically the lower half is smudged out.
Could this be a problem? WHat can be done? Where is the appointment letter used in Chennai Consulate?

If you think a printer is a problem, get a new print out with a better printer.

Otherwise, use what you have.
