Indian Passport for Minor

Hi,

I am a foreign passport holder and have OCI (have held Indian passport in past) my wife is Indian passport holder and we have a child born in India.

I wish to acquire Indian passport for the child.

1. is it possible ? we all are in India at the moment.

2. what is the procedure and how long does it take ?
