Hi,
My wife has her maiden name in the passport , I would require to visit US in near future in L1 visa , If i do only the spouse name endorsement in her passport will it be okay ? I spoke to an agent he is suggesting to apply for a new passport with change of name and address.
My passport has been renewed after marriage so it contains my spouse surname as Chaudhuri while in her passport the surname is Biswas . Can that cause any problem . Please advice .
