Change of catagory after paying NVC visa fees

Hi

I was just wondering if I have already paid my NVC visa fees ($404) and then I get married, will my NVC fees expire?
I was wondering because since my category will change to F3 and for instance if my priority date doesn't come till like the next two years.

Fees will not expire.

However, you will have to wait until priority date becomes current again.
