Outside US when GC is approved

My wife green card got approved yesterday [03/11/11]. She received email from USCIS stating that her card is under printing and she should get it within 30 days. Right now she is in India with valid AP and plans to come back to US after 2 months.

I spoke to my lawyer about my situation and he suggested she should come to US ASAP, and go back to India with GC this time. He believes if she comes on AP after 2 months, she might face issue. I said what if I send actual GC to her with friend traveling to India and she can come with GC but he still believes it is a risk.

Can you please suggest should I ask her to come to US in next few days or send GC to her in India and let her come to US after 2 months with actual card.

I spoke to another lawyer but he was not sure too, I hope to get some guidance from this forum. Thanks.

Ask her to come to the U.S. immediately.
