Hi,
I am an Indian and currently on F1 Visa in USA. My passport is expiring in July 2011.
Need help with few questions:
1) Which address should I mention in the application form (India or US) as I would be getting back to India in Sep '11 post my education?
In the website in Indian embassy, its mentioned as "While filling the form, please type current US address for which address proof has been given as address to be printed on passport".
2) I only have my learners permit and W2 can I submit my learners permit..?
In the website they mentioned give only driver's license or utility bills as proof of address.
3) If I have to give my Indian address, which address should I give, the place where we are currently staying (rented house) or our own house (tenants are residing now).
4) Which document should I submit as proof of address if I have to give my Indian address.
Request you to please help me with the above questions...plss
