Default parents and brother visitor visa rejected second time

    Hi,

It was very unfortunate that my parents and brothers visitor visa got rejected second time on 22nd april.

first time it was rejected in sept 2004 saying they do't have enough money without looking at the docs and sopnser letter etc i have send.
this time consulaor asked 6-7 questions and said they can't go as they do not have social ties in india.
my father age 65,mother age 57 and brother age 32 have provided the property ,assets even the appointment letter for my father who works as consultant after his retirement.
my brother is mediacally handicapp and totlay dependant on my parents and so needs to acoompany them.

i am surpried to see consular saying no socail ties even after looking at all those docs and property papers

i have no idea what to do now next time when they go for third interview.

i have heard that senator letter from here helps.

has anybody provided any kind of senator letter etc then please share with me.

I have also asked about deatil explanation regarduing their case to american consualte ,mumbai and requested them to reconsider the case providing all the documents ,facts and how unfair this can be.

    thnaks,

did they all went together?that may be a reason for rejection.
do you have any other bro or sister in India to show family ties?
Since they all went together for interview, the Officer will think they will settle here in US with you and wont come back.
if your parents go first and then your bro, then they can prove they have dependents here in India,so they have to come back to take care of them,

    I hope this helps.
