working on F1 visa over 20 hours last semester

Hello, I am currently finish my masters. I just have one more class to take on fall 2011

I currently have OPT for the summer to work full time

From my understanding I can only work 20 hours maximum if I use OPT during the fall semester.

Now as far as the law goes, can I work full time and only get paid for the 20 hours?

If I have to travel can the company refund me for the ticket airfare,etc?

In summer vacation you can work full time.
For Fall, technically you cannot work more than 20 hours, but I feel it is fine as long as you get paid for 20 hours only and your rate of pay is in line with what others in similar position are getting. Travel reimbursement are completely outside this.
